Withdraw from the contract

If you bought as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Fill in the purchase details and confirm.

It is in the confirmation email, for example S00042.

How to return the product

  • Send us the tag with its lanyard and cable, in good condition, within 14 days of telling us you withdraw.
  • The direct cost of returning it is yours.
  • We will refund all payments, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the product or proof that you sent it back.
